Today I will share with you easy but really tasty Pumpkin recipe. Pumpkin is a storehouse of many anti-oxidant vitamins such as vitamin-A, vitamin-C and vitamin-E. Also, it is one of the very low calorie vegetable. At the same time, it is tasty too 🙂 So, here we go!
- 300 gr pumpkin
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon water
- nut (for serving)
- Put cube-shaped pumpkins into the pan
- Add cinnamon and sugar
- Put small plate on a pumpkin
- Add water
- Let it to cook in low temperature
As you wish you can eat this dessert with ice cream or with whipped cream.
