Vegetable and Fruit Masks For Healthy Skin

464-Best-fruits-And-Vegetables-For-Your-SkinIn summers I prefer to eat more fruits and vegetables. At the same time I use them for my skin. For example, this morning I saw a bowl of strawberries on the table. I know that Strawberry has great cleansing properties. Strawberry extracts are often used as an ingredient in skin cleansers, face washes, refreshing bubble baths and rejuvenating face masks as they contain vitamin C, salicylic acid, antioxidants and exfoliants. Thus, strawberries remove impurities and soften the skin as well as soothe allergies and other irritants and provide protection against pollution. You see how many benefits have this little tasty fruit?!^^ so I cut strawberry into two part then I rubbed one part to my face.  Now I will share mask that I used and liked 🙂

1.Egg white face mask

One of my favorite face mask. Egg whites can tighten pores, giving you a temporary face lift, as lemon has vitamin C that can remove blackheads and other blemishes.

  • Beat one egg white with a fork until it’s frothy.
  • Add a few drops of lemon juice, and apply on the face until it is dry. You can tell if it’s dry if you have difficulty smiling.
  • Finally, rinse off the mask.

2.Cucumber face mask.

Cucumber has cooling properties that reduce redness, puffiness and inflammation; this is why putting cucumbers over your eyes is recommended for baggy eyes.

  • In a blender, blend half a cucumber with a tablespoon of yogurt.
  • Apply for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse off.

3.Tomato And Milk Face Mask

For preparing a tomato face mask at home for reducing the acne, combine the natural cleansing properties of milk and tomatoes together. Milk and tomatoes both contain the natural acids for cleansing the pores as well as nutrients to promote skin healing. Milk is also a softening and dehydrating ingredient.

  • blend a fresh tomato and enough milk powder together to make a paste.
  • Apply this paste to the clean skin.
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Rinse off with cool water
  • Pat dry the skin and then moisturize

4.Watermelon Face Mask

Water melon is a soothing fruit and this is for taste buds as well as your skin. Indulge in this hydrating and tasty fruit as a mask mask this season. Watermelon acts as a toner and help to clear your skin by removing blemishes.

  • 2 tablespoons of watermelon juice
  • 1 teaspoon powder milk
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber juice
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • Mix it all and apply this mixture on your face
  • Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Rinse off with cool water
