Easy Marble Cake Recipe

Hello, Friends! 🙂

These days , I have midterm exams. You know, lots of lectures, presentations and etc. And all of this, make us very tired, weak, and it is stressful. That’s why, today I decide to relax and cook my favorite cake. And the other hand, this is my first Recipe post! Marble cake is a classic childhood cooking memory and good choice for tea time.



2 eggs

2,5 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup corn oil

1 cup milk

1 Vanilla extract

1 Baking powder

2 tablespoons cacao

1  shredded lemon



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and vanilla extract. Set aside.

2. In another bowl,with an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.Then add oil,milk and lemon and combined it.With mixer on low speed, gradually add flour mixture and beat just until combined.

3. Add a half of cake mixture to the left side of  pan and add cacao to the rest mixture and beat until combined. After that, add cacao mixture to the right side of pan. Take a toothpick and draw up and down lines for make fractals.

4. Bake at 350 degrees  for 30 to 35  minutes.
